Role & Responsibilities
- Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Monitor industry trends and maintain current knowledge of new products and beauty innovations
- Execute sales goals and key performance indicators through client engagement and relationship building
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized retail space

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment
