Sephora is hiring a full-time Beauty Consultant at Galeria Słoneczna in Radom on an indefinite-term contract. The role involves recommending cosmetics, achieving sales targets, building customer relationships and maintaining product displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to customers’ needs.
- Drive active sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and replenishing shelves.
Qualifications
- Builds customer relationships with ease.
- Has knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Works effectively in a team and is committed to achieving team goals.
- Has experience in sales or customer service.
- Is fully available to work, including two to three selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Communicative English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
