Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Consultant in Radom, Poland — client-facing role advising customers, performing makeup services and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers on skincare, makeup and fragrance selections tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Drive sales through active client engagement, product demonstrations and achievement of personal and store targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships following the Sephora Attitude service standards.
- Perform makeup services and product trials to educate customers and increase conversion.
- Ensure merchandising standards: maintain cleanliness, shelf replenishment and attractive product presentation.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet collective objectives and support store operations, including weekend trading.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients and deliver consultative selling.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and current industry trends; interest in continuous learning.
- Demonstrable teamwork orientation and commitment to achieving team targets.
- Full availability for scheduled shifts, including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trade Sundays; flexibility for peak trading periods.
- Communicative English and prior makeup application experience are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
