Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients by sharing expert knowledge on beauty products, trends, and application techniques
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new products, and innovative techniques to offer relevant, compelling advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by Sephora Canada
- Maintain inventory management, merchandise presentation, and ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and aptitude in delivering excellent customer service within a retail environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends
- Strong self-confidence and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
- Collaborative team player who thrives in goal-oriented, inclusive environments

Experience
