Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Quebec, CAD $17.10–$21.40/hr with training and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Educate clients about products and beauty trends to support their skincare and makeup journey
- Stay informed about new beauty products, techniques, and emerging trends to provide relevant expert advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through client engagement and service excellence
- Maintain inventory management, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends with self-confidence in personal style and knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build lasting client relationships
- Collaborative mindset with commitment to team goals and inclusive practices
- Physical capability to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg
- Availability during peak shopping periods including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
