Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate expertise in beauty products, trends, and application techniques to educate and empower clients
- Monitor beauty industry innovations, new products, and emerging trends to provide relevant, timely guidance
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while supporting store-wide objectives
- Maintain store presentation through inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in a client-focused retail setting
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and fashion trends with demonstrated confidence in sharing beauty knowledge
- Proven ability to deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships in retail environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs) regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak retail periods

Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience in retail or beauty customer service is preferred; passion for beauty and strong interpersonal skills may substitute for extensive prior experience.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.10 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
