Sephora is hiring a Beauty Consultant for a permanent, part-time role at 50% in Stary Browar, Poznań. The consultant recommends cosmetics, drives sales, builds customer relationships and maintains product displays; availability for 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays is particularly important.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to each customer's needs.
- Drive sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays by keeping them clean and replenishing shelf stock.
Qualifications
- Builds customer relationships with ease.
- Has knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Works effectively in a team and strives to achieve team goals.
- Has experience in sales or customer service.
- Can work a flexible schedule, particularly on 2–3 selected Saturdays and on trading Sundays.
- Communicative English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
