Sephora hiring Beauty Consultant (0.5 FTE) in Poznań, Poland. Part-time retail sales role at Plaza location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select appropriate cosmetic products based on client needs and preferences
- Execute active sales strategies and achieve individual sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through Sephora Attitude service protocols
- Maintain product displays, ensure cleanliness, and replenish inventory on shelves
- Educate customers on product benefits, trends, and application techniques
Qualifications
- Comfortable establishing rapport with diverse clientele
- Foundational knowledge of the beauty industry and current cosmetic trends
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Proven customer service or retail sales experience
- Full scheduling flexibility, including availability for select Saturdays and Sundays
- Communicative English language proficiency (preferred)
- Makeup application experience (preferred)
