Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetics tailored to individual client needs and beauty preferences
- Execute active sales strategies and meet assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service in alignment with Sephora Attitude service standards
- Maintain product displays, including shelf stocking, inventory management, and merchandising cleanliness
- Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable sales or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of cosmetics, beauty trends, and skincare categories
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment towards collective goals
- Full scheduling flexibility, including availability for 2–3 selected Saturdays and weekend retail hours
