Sephora seeks part-time Beauty Consultant in Poznań, Poland to drive sales and deliver client-centric beauty expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select appropriate cosmetics based on individual client needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships through Sephora Attitude service standards
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock rotation on shelves
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and product knowledge
- Support team objectives and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Qualifications
- Customer-facing sales or service experience
- Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients
- Strong teamwork and collaborative approach to goal achievement
- Full availability including select Saturdays and retail Sundays
- Communicative English language proficiency (preferred)

Entry-level; prior retail or beauty service experience is advantageous but not essential.
