Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend appropriate cosmetics based on individual customer needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets through consultative selling
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through service excellence aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product display standards, including cleanliness, stock rotation, and shelf replenishment
Qualifications
- Customer-facing sales or service experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of and genuine interest in beauty products, trends, and new product discovery
- Team collaboration skills with commitment to collective performance goals
- Full scheduling flexibility, including availability for 2–3 selected Saturdays and Sunday trading hours
- Communicative English language ability (preferred)
- Professional makeup artistry experience (preferred)
