Sephora seeks Beauty Consultant (part-time) in Poznań, Poland. Customer-focused retail role in luxury cosmetics with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetic products according to individual client needs and preferences
- Actively promote and sell products, achieving assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through exemplary Sephora Attitude customer service
- Maintain product displays, ensure shelf stock levels, and uphold visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current industry trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Team player with commitment to collective goals and performance targets
- Full availability for weekend shifts, including Saturdays and select Sundays
