Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend appropriate cosmetics according to individual customer needs
- Actively drive sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude
- Maintain product displays, ensure shelf cleanliness, and manage inventory replenishment
Qualifications
- Customer-facing sales or service experience
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and emerging trends
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Polish (native or fluent)
- English language proficiency (conversational level) preferred
- Makeup application experience preferred
