Sephora in Poznan seeks a part-time Beauty Consultant (permanent contract) to deliver expert beauty advice and drive in-store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on product selection tailored to individual skin type, tone and beauty needs, including makeup and skincare regimens.
  • Drive active sales and contribute to attainment of individual and store sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional client service in line with the Sephora Attitude, building long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Maintain product presentation and merchandising standards: cleanliness, shelf replenishment and accurate stock levels.
  • Perform makeup consultations and demonstrations when required.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to support peak trading days, promotional events and visual merchandising rollouts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and current beauty trends; passion for product discovery.
  • Demonstrable teamwork orientation and a track record of contributing to team targets.
  • Full availability for retail hours, including the ability to work 2–3 selected Saturdays and retail Sundays.
  • Communicative English and makeup application experience are advantageous.

Experience
