Sephora in Poznan seeks a part-time Beauty Consultant (Poznań City Center) to advise clients, drive sales and maintain merchandising standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct personalised client consultations to recommend cosmetics and skincare solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Engage in proactive selling and consistently contribute to store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships following Sephora’s customer service standards (Sephora Attitude).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, replenished and presentation-ready.
- Support daily store operations including inventory replenishment and collaboration with colleagues to meet commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- Natural aptitude for building rapport with clients and delivering consultative service.
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry, new product discovery and trend awareness.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective sales goals.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; candidates with prior retail sales or customer-service experience will be advantaged.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or beauty-related training is advantageous.
