Sephora in Poznan is hiring a part-time Beauty Consultant — join a diverse, learning-driven team at Sephora (Poznan).
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on product selection tailored to individual needs and skin types, delivering personalised beauty recommendations.
- Drive active selling and contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver client interactions in line with the Sephora Attitude: consultative, inclusive and service-oriented.
- Perform product demonstrations and basic makeup applications to showcase product benefits and techniques.
- Maintain visual standards: ensure product presentation, cleanliness and timely replenishment of stock on shelves.
- Participate in in-store trainings, brand activations and team meetings to support continuous learning and commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and deliver high-quality client service.
- Genuine interest in the beauty sector; curiosity about new products and current trends.
- Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting collective targets.
- Full availability for the agreed part-time schedule, including the capacity to work 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Communicative level of English preferred; makeup application experience is an advantage.

Experience
Entry-level role. Prior retail, customer service or sales experience in the beauty sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
