Sephora Poznan (Swadzim) seeks a Part‑time Beauty Consultant — deliver consultations, drive sales and uphold Sephora Attitude in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product consultations and recommend cosmetics tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Actively drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store targets through attentive client engagement and upselling.
- Deliver client service in line with the Sephora Attitude — welcoming, knowledgeable and service-oriented.
- Maintain visual standards: keep displays clean, replenish stock on shelves and ensure presentation aligns with merchandising guidelines.
- Support in-store makeup applications and demonstrations when required.
- Work a part-time schedule with availability for selected Saturdays and trading Sundays as required by the store.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease in building rapport with clients.
- Interest in and knowledge of the beauty category, current products and trends.
- Demonstrable experience in sales or customer service, preferably in cosmetics or retail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving collective targets.
- Full local availability for the agreed part-time rota, including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Communicative English language skills and practical makeup experience are desirable.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Experience applying makeup or working within the beauty sector is a strong advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy or makeup artistry is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Poznan, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Poland.
