Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised product recommendations and beauty consultations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Drive sales through proactive, consultative selling and consistent achievement of individual and store targets.
- Build and sustain client relationships by applying Sephora’s customer service standards (Sephora Attitude).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product presentation, cleanliness and timely restocking of shelves.
- Support team objectives and contribute to a collaborative store environment; be available for selected Saturdays and trading Sundays as required.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to establish rapport and develop lasting client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for beauty products and current market trends.
- Demonstrable sales or customer service experience, ideally within cosmetics or luxury retail.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule including 2–3 specified Saturdays and retail Sundays.
- Communicative knowledge of English and practical makeup application skills are advantageous.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificated courses in beauty/cosmetics is a plus.
