Role & Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate cosmetics based on customer needs.
  • Engage in active sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships in line with Sephora Attitude.
  • Ensure product displays are clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Full availability to work, especially on 2-3 selected Saturdays and retail Sundays.

Skills

Ease in building customer relationships. Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry, including new products and trends. Ability to work effectively in a team and strive for team goals.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the beauty industry.

Workplace
