Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized cosmetic recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Engage in active sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships in line with the Sephora Attitude.
  • Ensure product displays are clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Full availability to work, especially on 2-3 selected Saturdays and commercial Sundays.

Skills

Ability to build customer relationships easily. Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry, including new products and trends. Teamwork skills and a drive to achieve team goals.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a sales or customer service role.
