Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients through demonstrated product expertise and knowledge of beauty techniques and trends
- Monitor and communicate emerging beauty trends and products to maintain contemporary and relevant client advisory
- Support store merchandising, inventory management, and maintenance of a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support colleague development
- Uphold Sephora policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
