Sephora Warsaw (Reduta) seeks a Part-time Beauty Consultant: entry-level retail role focused on client advice, sales and makeup at Sephora in Warsaw.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on product selection tailored to skin type, preferences and beauty goals; provide personalised consultations and product demonstrations.
- Drive sales through proactive selling and consistent achievement of individual and store targets.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by delivering service aligned with Sephora’s customer engagement standards (Sephora Attitude).
- Maintain presentation standards on the sales floor: merchandising, stock replenishment, visual cleanliness and product rotation.
- Support team objectives through cooperative behaviour, participation in store initiatives and coverage of peak trading periods.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer-service or retail sales experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and advising clients.
- Genuine interest in beauty, product knowledge and awareness of current trends.
- Availability to work part-time, including selected Saturdays and trading Sundays as required.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage; communicative English is desirable.
