Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised product recommendations and beauty solutions based on client needs and preferences.
- Proactively drive sales and contribute to the achievement of store and individual sales targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships through service consistent with the Sephora Attitude, including follow-up and clienteling.
- Maintain product presentation and merchandising standards: ensure cleanliness, replenishment and accurate shelf placement.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; participate in in‑store launches and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
- Genuine interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, products and trends.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to achieving collective goals.
- Full availability for the agreed part‑time schedule, including the ability to work 2–3 selected Saturdays and retail Sundays as required.
- Communicative English is a plus; makeup application experience is desirable.

Entry‑level role. Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; hands‑on makeup application or beauty consultancy experience is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or beauty training/certification is a plus.
