Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on skincare, makeup and fragrance selections tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Deliver active, consultative selling to meet individual and store sales targets.
  • Build long‑term client relationships by delivering service aligned with the Sephora Attitude and clienteling best practices.
  • Maintain merchandising standards: product presentation, cleanliness and timely shelf replenishment.
  • Contribute to team objectives and collaborate closely with colleagues to drive store performance.
  • Work required rostered hours including selected Saturdays and retail trading Sundays.

Qualifications

  • Natural ability to build rapport and engage customers in a consultative manner.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the beauty sector, current products and trends.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (retail experience preferred).

  • Makeup application experience and conversational English are advantageous.
