Sephora in Szczecin (Galeria Kaskada) seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Consultant — entry‑level retail role focused on sales, clienteling and makeup.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on skincare, makeup and fragrance selections tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Deliver active, consultative selling to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Build long‑term client relationships by delivering service aligned with the Sephora Attitude and clienteling best practices.
- Maintain merchandising standards: product presentation, cleanliness and timely shelf replenishment.
- Contribute to team objectives and collaborate closely with colleagues to drive store performance.
- Work required rostered hours including selected Saturdays and retail trading Sundays.
Qualifications
- Natural ability to build rapport and engage customers in a consultative manner.
- Interest in and knowledge of the beauty sector, current products and trends.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (retail experience preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective targets.
- Full availability for agreed part‑time schedule, including 2–3 selected Saturdays and retail Sundays.
- Makeup application experience and conversational English are advantageous.
