Sephora in Krakow seeks a part-time Beauty Consultant to advise clients, drive sales and maintain in-store displays at Serenada Krakow.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients and recommend skincare, makeup and fragrance solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Drive active selling to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver service consistent with the Sephora Attitude—creating welcoming, inclusive and consultative client experiences.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships, including clienteling and follow-up.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards: maintain display cleanliness, replenish stock and manage shelf presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to meet operational needs during peak times, including selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and deliver consultative sales service.
- Interest in and knowledge of the beauty industry, product ranges and trends.
- Previous retail sales or customer-service experience; makeup application experience is an advantage.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving collective targets.
- Availability to work part-time, including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays; full schedule flexibility is required.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Practical experience in makeup application or beauty counter service is a strong asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in cosmetics, makeup artistry or beauty therapy preferred.
