Sephora is hiring a part‑time Beauty Consultant (50% FTE) in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland — client advising, product merchandising and sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers and recommend cosmetics, skincare and fragrance solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Drive active selling and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
- Build and sustain client relationships through service aligned with the Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain visual standards and product presentation, including cleanliness and shelf replenishment.
- Participate in product trainings and brand initiatives to expand product knowledge and selling skills.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with ease in building relationships and client rapport.
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry and eagerness to learn about new products and trends.
