Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
- Maintain current knowledge of latest beauty products, techniques, trends, and innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators as established by Sephora Canada
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that empowers colleagues and clients alike
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing excellent service and developing strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, current trends, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or hospitality experience preferred; demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships is essential.
Education
