Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations aligned with each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and benefits to empower their purchasing decisions
- Monitor industry trends and stay current with new product launches and beauty innovations to provide relevant, expert advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through effective client engagement and recommendation
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized store environment
