Sephora is recruiting a part-time Beauty Consultant for its Olsztyn location. The successful candidate will recommend cosmetics tailored to individual client needs, drive sales performance, cultivate customer loyalty through exceptional service, and maintain premium product presentation. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about beauty trends, skilled in customer engagement, and available to work flexible retail hours including weekend shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend appropriate cosmetics based on client needs and preferences
- Actively drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through service excellence aligned with Sephora Attitude
- Maintain product displays, ensure cleanliness, replenish inventory on shelves
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on current beauty trends
Qualifications
- Ease in building relationships with customers
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to team objectives
- Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service
- Flexibility to work selected Saturdays and commercial Sundays
- English language proficiency at conversational level preferred
- Makeup application experience a plus
