Sephora Canada is hiring a Beauty Advisor in North Bay, ON — full-time retail role delivering personalized beauty consultations and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across skincare, makeup and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through active selling and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive and welcoming shopping experience for all clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry-level; prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
