Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product advice and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as various brand and in-store training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Execute cashier duties according to standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
