Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations meeting each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, techniques, and new product launches to clients and colleagues
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators through informed recommendations and exceptional service
