  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, application techniques and education to empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs through consultative selling and client relationship development.
  • Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salesfloor.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe customer experience.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements and ensure punctual, consistent attendance including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidates considered; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.

Experience
