Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in-store product demonstrations, tutorials and education to empower clients.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs and sales goals.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized environment.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming client experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer-facing retail, hospitality or client-service experience preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to learn and share expertise.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience

Entry-level. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred but not required; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant cosmetology, makeup or product certifications considered a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Natick, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 26 per hour.
