Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in-store consultations and product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and technique through live demonstrations and tutorials that educate and empower clients.
- Maintain awareness of beauty trends, new launches and category innovations to keep consultations current and relevant.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through client engagement, add-on selling and conversion.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and stock replenishment to ensure a clean, shoppable environment.
- Uphold store standards and company policies to provide a safe, inclusive and customer-focused shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, to meet operational and peak-period demands.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product education with an ability to translate expertise into client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling and punctual attendance during peak retail hours.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with retail (able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
