Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Educate clients on beauty innovations, techniques, and trends to empower their purchasing decisions
- Stay current with emerging beauty products, application methods, and industry trends to provide relevant expertise
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives and key performance indicators
- Maintain organized, welcoming store environment through inventory management and merchandise display
- Availability during peak shopping periods including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships in retail environments
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and emerging trends paired with confidence in product knowledge
