Sephora Canada is hiring a Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Montreal. Join the team to deliver expert beauty consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and deliver individualized beauty consultations to identify needs and recommend products.
- Provide expert product knowledge and education to empower clients in their beauty routines.
- Stay current on product launches, techniques and trends to inform recommendations and inspire repeat visits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, manage stock levels and ensure the salesfloor is clean, organized and inviting.
- Adhere to scheduled availability requirements and be present during peak trading hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Safely lift and move product stock up to 22.7 kg as needed for merchandising and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred; proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product innovation with confident presence on the salesfloor.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to educate and influence clients.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, inclusive retail environment.
- Availability to work the required minimum weekly hours for part-time schedules (typically 15–29 hours) and during busy trading periods.
