Sephora Canada Beauty Advisor Part-Time role in Mississauga, ON. Hourly position delivering personalized consultations and beauty expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with client preferences and needs
- Educate and empower clients through demonstration of product expertise and knowledge of beauty techniques and innovations
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed established KPIs through consultative selling and client relationship building
- Support inventory management, merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration, ensuring all clients feel valued and empowered in their beauty journey
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant shopping experience
Qualifications
