Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each customer's needs and preferences.
- Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge, application techniques and regimen advice.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of new products, techniques and beauty trends to inform client recommendations.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to store targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage merchandising and stock presentation to ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
- Be available and reliable for scheduled shifts during peak trading hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends with confidence in product recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, target-driven retail environment and support an inclusive workplace.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs).
- Flexible availability to meet minimum shift/hour requirements and cover peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level. Some prior retail or customer-service experience in a beauty or cosmetics environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant cosmetology or beauty certifications are an asset.
