Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and application methods
- Stay current with emerging beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide relevant and timely guidance
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators established by management
- Maintain store presentation through inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Actively promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging, supporting team members and celebrating diversity
