Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and applications to empower their purchasing decisions
- Monitor industry trends and stay current with the latest beauty innovations, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client engagement
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize product displays, manage inventory levels, and support merchandising initiatives to create an inviting retail environment
