Sephora seeks a Beauty Consultant on a part-time (3/4 contract) basis in Marki to deliver personalized cosmetics recommendations, drive sales targets, and cultivate client relationships through expert product knowledge and immaculate merchandising standards. The role demands availability for weekend and holiday trading periods, with strong customer engagement and team collaboration essential to success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetics tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Actively pursue sales targets through consultative selling and product engagement
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through Sephora Attitude service standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product cleanliness and shelf replenishment
- Work collaboratively within the team to achieve collective sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer service environments
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with clients
- Knowledge of and passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current industry trends
- Team orientation with commitment to collective performance goals
- Full availability for scheduled retail hours, including 2–3 Saturdays and holiday trading periods
