Sephora seeks a full-time Beauty Consultant in Marki, Poland — deliver personalised beauty advice, drive sales and maintain visual merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised product recommendations based on each client's needs and preferences.
  • Proactively sell products and consistently pursue individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through customer service aligned with the Sephora Attitude.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product presentation, cleanliness and shelf replenishment.
  • Support store operations including availability for selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport with clients.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the beauty industry, products and trends.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service; makeup application experience is a plus.
  • Full availability for scheduled shifts, including selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to collective targets.

Experience

Entry-level; previous retail or customer-service experience preferred. Practical experience in makeup application or beauty consultation is advantageous.
