Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients on site with genuine enthusiasm, creating memorable beauty discovery experiences
- Assess client needs and provide tailored product recommendations across fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, and hair care categories
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across Sephora's extensive portfolio of over 500 premium brands plus Sephora Collection
- Cultivate lasting client relationships and loyalty through attentive, consultative service
- Represent the Sephora brand values of inclusivity, authenticity, and client empowerment in every interaction
- Support the retail team in maintaining store visual standards and operational excellence
