Role & Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate cosmetics based on customer needs.
  • Engage in active sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships in line with Sephora Attitude.
  • Ensure product displays are clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Full availability to work, especially on 2-3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.

Skills

Ability to build customer relationships. Interest and knowledge in the beauty industry, including current trends. Teamwork skills and a focus on achieving team goals.

Experience

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service is required.
