Role & Responsibilities
- Assess client beauty needs and recommend appropriate cosmetics and skincare products
- Execute active sales strategies and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Build lasting customer relationships through service excellence aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product presentation, inventory levels, and store cleanliness across all counter zones
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and current beauty trends
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and wellness trends
- Demonstrated customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Full availability including scheduled Saturday and Sunday working hours
- English language proficiency at conversational level (preferred)
