Sephora Beauty Consultant, part-time, Łódź Poland – customer-facing sales role with weekend availability required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend and select cosmetics tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Execute active sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and cultivate client relationships through service excellence and the Sephora Attitude philosophy
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and restocking of merchandise on shelves
- Support team objectives and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry, new products, and current trends
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Full availability for scheduled shifts, including 2–3 selected Saturdays and Sunday retail openings
- Communicative English language proficiency (preferred)
- Makeup application experience (preferred)
