Sephora is recruiting a Beauty Consultant for its Łódź store. Full-time position requiring customer service excellence and beauty product knowledge.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend appropriate cosmetics and beauty products based on individual customer needs and preferences
- Actively pursue sales targets and drive revenue through consultative selling techniques
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through service excellence and the Sephora Attitude experience
- Maintain product displays, shelving, and store cleanliness to ensure optimal visual merchandising
- Work collaboratively within the team to achieve collective sales and service goals
- Demonstrate full availability including scheduled weekend and holiday trading hours
Qualifications
- Fluency in Polish
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to embrace and execute the Sephora Attitude service philosophy
- Full schedule flexibility, including availability for Saturday and Sunday trading hours

Entry-level or beginner candidates are welcome to apply. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
