Sephora seeks a full-time Beauty Consultant in Łódź (Manufaktura) to advise clients, drive sales and maintain merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on skincare, makeup and fragrance selection based on individual needs and preferences.
- Drive sales through active selling, product demonstrations and achievement of individual and store targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships in line with the Sephora Attitude service standards.
- Maintain visual presentation and merchandising: cleanliness, product replenishment and shelf organization.
- Participate in store team activities, trainings and promotional events; adapt to rotating schedules including selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience in retail or service environments; prior cosmetics or beauty retail experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport and deliver consultative service.
- Genuine interest in beauty products, trends and continuous learning.
- Team-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving collective sales objectives.
- Full availability for store hours including weekend and holiday trading; able to commit to 2–3 selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Experience in cosmetics or makeup application is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or beauty/cosmetology certificates are a plus.
