Role & Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate cosmetics based on customer needs.
  • Engage in active sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Build relationships with customers through the Sephora Attitude service approach.
  • Maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness and restocking shelves.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in building customer relationships.
  • Interest and knowledge in the beauty industry, including new products and trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and pursue team goals.
  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Full availability to work, particularly on 2-3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
